Tobe a successful Travel Sales Agent you should have a passion fortravel and a desire to inspire others to make their travel dreamscome true.
A Sales Agent should keep abreast of the latest trendsin travel as well as demonstrate exceptional communicationorganization and client serviceskills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts consultationswith clients to discuss all details of their desired travelexperiences needs andbudget
Designs fun & excitingitineraries
Sell transportation accommodationand activities to ourguests
Build relationships with preferredsuppliers and ourguests
Manage reservations special requestsand payments
Finalizes detailed itineraries andensures all documentation is presented; providing relevantinformation and dissemination of guest materials includingdeparture information
Monitor and report the bookingprocess including any travel problems complaints or refundrequests
Knowledge Skills andQualifications
Degree in Marketing HospitalityTravel & Tourism or Business aplus
A passion fortravel
Highly organized with strongattention to detail
Selfdriven in an autonomous remoteenvironment
Ability to set goals and developachievable timelines to hitthem
Ability to speak multiple languageswill be highlyregarded
