Job Description
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Improving existing operations and manufacturing processes
- Managing equipment and processes to meet functional performance requirements or metrics
- Develop implementation plans and execute upon those plans
- Work with cross functional team on analysis design and project reviews
- Contribute to the development and execution of the operational strategy

The Successful Applicant
- Education : Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline such as Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc.
- Ideally 4-8 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in plastics manufacturing
- General understanding of business processes
- LEAN Manufacturing
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to travel locally as needed
