Miller Starr Regalia, a real estate law firm seeks a full-time (hybrid) Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to support its transactional practice in Walnut Creek.
The Real Estate Transactional Paralegal should be able to work independently to conduct title and survey review and perform other due diligence in connection with purchase and sale and leasing transactions;
should be adept at managing numerous documents and deadlines (including by preparing critical dates memorandums); and should otherwise be able to assist with closings.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of proven real estate transactional paralegal experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Paralegal certification from an accredited paralegal program (or commensurate experience). The projected annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000.
Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including relevant skills and experience. Salary is one piece of Miller Starr Regalia’s total compensation package, which may also include firm-sponsored benefits and bonuses. EOE.
