As a Customer Service Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for performing in-house repair and calibration of customer owned products.
You will serve as a customer contact on technical and service related problems over a broad product line.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair wide variety of electronic assemblies and products.
- Repair is sometimes done at the component level
- Use of a variety of test equipment and interpret technical information.
- Ensure that appropriate quality standards are met at the workstation.
- Participate in ongoing efforts of process and product improvements.
- Provide technical and service assistance for customers through telephone, fax and email.
- Assist in technical orientation and training of employees as required.
- Review and implement product specific service notes.
- Use verbal and written communication skills to translate technical information as required.
- Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as required.
- This position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA
