Compensation :
$75,000 - $167,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential leads to boost sales opportunities
- Collaborate with both buyers and sellers to understand their specific home requirements and finalize property transactions
- Emphasize the importance of offering exceptional service and top-notch advice to clients to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries related to available properties and the neighborhood
- Draft written purchase proposals for prospective buyers to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process
Qualifications :
- Must possess a real estate license or be in the process of preparing for the state exam
- Display a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities
