A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Enterprise.Key Responsibilities : Work with strategic customers in the Enterprise segment to align technical strategies with business objectivesProvide technical direction on Plaid's products and establish relationships with technical stakeholdersAct as an escalation point for technical incidents beyond normal support channelsRequired Qualifications : 5+ years of client-facing or technology-focused experienceExperience managing customer relationships and executing technical strategiesDeep understanding of APIs, databases, system infrastructures, and architectureStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyWillingness to travel as needed
