We are currently on the lookout for entry level Marketing Campaign Managers to join our client’s marketing & sales team! Entry level Marketing Campaign Managers will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place all throughout the local area and work directly with our clients’ leads!
As an entry level Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns.
Our highly trained entry level Marketing Campaign Managers serve as brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The entry level Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client’s products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist to increase market share!

For all entry level Marketing Campaign Managers, we consider their interests, strengths, and qualifications when training and developing their skill set in the following key areas of each marketing campaign :
- Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue through direct marketing and face to face interactions
- Individual coaching techniques taught by our excellent and well-trained marketing and sales team
- Strong leadership and management abilities over time through trial and error along with situational training
- Assess customer and client needs based off the demand of the client and the quota needed by the local office needs
Full training is provided! We are looking for an immediate entry level Marketing Campaign Manager who is motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away!
Ideal entry level Marketing Campaign Manager will :
- Have a great student mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with customers face to face
- Prefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hours
- Be able to commute to events throughout the local area
- Possess outstanding communication skills
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Have some previous experience in retail, sales or customer service
