As a UI Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure analytics solutions using JavaScript to capture detailed and actionable data across digital platforms in Adobe framework.
- Maintain a standardized approach to data tagging and tracking to support robust and consistent analytics reporting.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytics implementations in both staging and production environments to ensure accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with IT, data governance, and risk management teams to ensure that analytics practices comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Actively participate in agile team settings to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data tagging or analytics tracking.
- Define and document technical requirements for the integration of new analytics technologies and data assets.

- Must have development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS along with experience with frameworks and libraries such as React and Angular.
- 8+ years of experience in roles focused on web analytics and digital tagging implementations.
- In-depth understanding of Adobe Analytics, including hands-on experience with implementing tracking solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Target, and Audience Manager
- Experience with Web / Mobile SDKs related to digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of WebSDK and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration with digital analytics and data management workflows.
- Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and a clear grasp of digital analytics architectures.
- Understanding of mobile analytics development (iOS or Android) best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a continuous delivery environment and utilize modern programming methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
