One of our top clients has an immediate, long-term opportunity for a Civil Engineer Project Manager. This position offers extensive technical training, mentoring, a stable workload with established clients, and the support of a highly competent team of professionals.
Role Overview :
The Civil Engineer Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery for multiple projects at varying stages of design and construction.
Responsibilities include direct communication with clients on key issues, development of budgets and schedules, management of the design process, creation of precise construction drawings, and provision of various professional services during construction administration.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with key clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the project team.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
- Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced technical professionals.
- Conduct detailed reviews of multiple projects at different stages of design.
- Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
- Provide construction administration services, such as reviewing submittals / shop drawings, managing change order requests, and addressing field inquiries.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT).
- Experience in stormwater, wastewater design, or bridges and roadways.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management is preferred.
