RN - Nursing Administrator
RN - Nursing Administrator -(2400486)
Responsible for the overall functioning of the hospital on day shift with weekend and Holiday rotations. Coordinates hospital wide activities by providing direction that is appropriate to the demographics and / or specific needs of the patient population served by the hospital.
Provides administrative and clinical information and acts as a liaison for ancillary, medical staff and other services. Provides support to those departments whose hours of operation do not extend fully into the off shifts and completes rounds to be visible throughout the shift.
Education :
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing preferred.
- BSN strongly preferred.
Experience :
Five years clinical experience, three years management experience desirable.
Licensure / Certification :
- Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification in Nursing Administration or field of clinical expertise strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Must have or obtain education in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) within one year from date of hire.
