Key Accountabilities :
- Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respect each client's right to privacy.
- Responsible for the comfort of all guests while performing treatments. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction.
- Maintains excellence in all spas trained treatments and 5-star service
- Communicate in an appropriate manner with the Spa Reception Desk staff on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of appointments, billing, and retail sales.
- Promotes wellness and accommodate guests during treatment to meet their wellness needs.
- Responsible for maintaining consistency in treatment and quality of performance in accordance to training program and Peninsula’s standards.
- Demonstrates professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by continued education and training.
- Respect the integrity of each person and, therefore, do not engage in any inappropriate conduct or inappropriate activities involving clients.
General Requirements :
- Qualified therapist with New York State massage therapy license and must be kept up to date in accordance with law. CPR / AED Certified a plus
- Demonstrable true 5-star Spa experience with all guest interactions.
- Sound understanding of holistic and wellness Spa.
- Personal passion for holistic / wellness concept, treatments, and spa industry.
- Limitless energy and a can-do’ attitude.
- Strong and supportive team member always.

The salary for this position is $14.38 per hour plus treatment commission.
