Essential Responsibilities :
- Provide tax planning support for new business activities
- Responsible for the completion of federal and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support
- Responsible for in-house preparation of sales and use, general excise tax, real and personal property tax returns
- Responsible for audits of federal, state, and local filings
- Respond to related tax correspondence and research issues as they arise and recommend courses of action as needed
- Calculate monthly tax reserve requirement
- Prepare the annual tax provision for financial reporting purposes
- Oversee cost segregation studies
- Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for taxes
Compensation up to $190k plus bonus. Strong benefits.
