A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare - Audits 100% Remote in North Carolina.Key Responsibilities : Handle a high volume of outbound calls to healthcare providersUtilize a call script and questionnaire to complete audits for Medicare and MedicaidNavigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracyRequired Qualifications : 18+ years old with a high school diploma or its equivalentMinimum of 6 months of call center experience (sales & healthcare industry a plus)Self-driven and able to focus on the same task / objective for long periods of timeHigh computer proficiency & overall technical knowledgeAvailable to work a 10-hour shift, 4 days per week, shift 8 : 00am-6 : 30pm eastern Monday through Thursday with Friday / Saturday / Sunday OFF
