As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll ensure the infrastructure is functional and available, update and patch critical systems, and maintain security.
You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.
Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.

You Have :
- 3+ years of experience working in a classified environment
- 1+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator
- 1+ years of experience in networking and Cisco CLI
- Experience with Unix, Linux, or Solaris
- Ability to maintain end-user equipment
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
- Secret clearance
- Associate's degree in IT, CS, or Cybersecurity and 3+ years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk, or 4+ years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk in lieu of a degree
- IAT II or IAT III Certification
Nice If You Have :
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience in the military or supporting DoD programs
- Experience with creating Remedy tickets
- Experience with installing and maintaining IT computers and network equipment
- Experience working with crypto devices
- Knowledge of PKI and XACTA
- Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
