Requirements :

- Ability to cover a limited on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a high level of productivity and handle incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer service inquiries efficiently.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs.
