YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability and wear out testing experience
- USG secret security clearance in good standing, or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG secret clearance (non-citizens are ineligible for clearance)
WE VALUE
- 10 years or more semiconductor reliability experience
- Understanding of microfabrication processes and how they relate to wear out mechanisms such as electromigration, hot carrier, and other transistor specific fail modes
- Ability to translate reliability concerns / needs into wafer fabrication terminology
- Ability to multitask

- Ability to follow directions and make tasks your own
- Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues.
- Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams.
