Executive Assistant
LHH is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant for our client, a real estate firm with offices in Long Island City Queens.
This person will be supporting a C-level Executive with Calendar, Travel, Expenses and ad-hoc project based work. This is a 100% on-site, in person position and this person should be comfortable working from 9am 6pm.
This position will pay between $45-50 / hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities :
Manage complex, ever changing calendar
Providing meeting and presentation documents; assist with editing on occasion
Book domestic and international travel with and without 3rd party support
Screen phone calls and walk ins
Coordinate with vendors for catering, invoices and billing
Experience :
At least 3 years supporting a C-level Executive
Previous experience working within professional services preferred
Skills :
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur and QuickBooks
Ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly
