Title : Senior Accountant
Location : Plano, TX (In-Office)
LHH is partnering with a high-growth construction company that is based in Plano, TX. As they grow, they are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team and contribute to their financial success.
Responsibilities :
Manage all accounting operations including GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
Coordinate and assist with the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations for improving procedures and policies
Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff as needed
Support month-end and year-end close process
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related degree; CPA is highly preferred
Previous experience within Public Accounting is required
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Pay Details : $100, to $115, per year
