Key Responsibilities
Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and performance management for a global workforce
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, behavioral science, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role within a global organization
Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the US
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
