The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator with a background in HR generalist functions and a passion for recruitment. This role will focus on attracting top talent across our business particularly in skilled manufacturing and sales roles while also supporting core HR responsibilities such as employee records, benefits administration, and policies and procedures. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating an efficient hiring process, and contributing to a strong workforce, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs in manufacturing, sales, and operations
• Source and screen candidates, with an eye for experience in skilled trades and industrial environments
• Manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate and manager experience
• Maintain applicant tracking systems, employee records, and recruitment reports
• Support broader HR functions, including benefits, policies, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative HR support and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Represent Buckley Associates as a brand ambassador to candidates and the community
