Qualifications
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have at least a GED
Meet all requirements of DCFS
Have patience with children and desire to want to work with
them
Be loving, caring, sensitive and friendly towards children
Must be able to communicate with children and co-workers

Must complete 20 hours
of in-service / online training per year

experience cooking for large groups and be able to demonstrate knowledge of

supplies and replacement of all equipment needed for the kitchen

confidentiality with regards to children, co-workers and parents

Wash and put away all
utensils
Prepare grocery list
including cleaning supplies
Finish projects

Must have Food
Handlers Certification
