IT Solutions Architect - Dynamics 365 Field Service
As the IT Solutions Architect for the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and roadmap for client Services and Installation doors business.
You will collaborate with offshore development teams, business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver designs and solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting Participation : Attend daily meetings to support various UAT testing cycles in preparation for go-live in 2025.
- Impact Assessment : Connect the dots on various discussions to assess the impact on delivery and release cycles. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration : Work with the team to drive the design, development, and deployment of ongoing implementations and enhancements for Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Business Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional ERP IT teams, following DevOps processes to deliver solutions.
- Customization and Configuration : Should have experience reading the code and assess the customization related to CE Field Service and Power Automate flows.
Should be able to do code reviews
- Cross-Functional Design : Participate in designing integrations between Dynamics 365 Field Service and other systems like Salesforce, FinOps, and third-party applications.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical design specifications, architectural guidelines, and best practices for the D365 Field Service application.
Industry Trends : Stay informed about the latest updates and trends in field service management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience : 3-5 years as a Field Service or other CE Dynamics 365 products
- Technical Skills :
- Customization & Configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Mobile app.
- Knowledge of Power Platform Apps, Automate flow to extend Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Integrating with third-party service applications using APIs, web services, and middleware (Azure Integrations / Logic Apps).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service integrated with FinOps is a plus.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interactions with business teams. Energetic personality who excels in collaboration and teamwork.
Travel : Willingness to travel onsite for UAT, go-live, and meetings (10-15%).
