Encore Access seeks a Program Manager, Workflows & Services, to join our team and help us enhance our organizational processes and operational systems.

We are a fast-growing company in the live events industry, and this role will be crucial in driving our next phase of growth and profitability.

As our Program Manager, Workflows & Services, you will report to the CTO and work closely with department managers and our leadership team.

This is a new position in our organization, and we’re excited to collaborate with you to shape this role into one that significantly impacts the business and offers exciting and challenging opportunities for your career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Internal Systems : Provide ownership and oversight of key internal systems and processes that automate and support our business operations.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate roadmaps and timelines to stakeholders across the company, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, aligning our processes, technology systems, and people to meet those needs during a critical time of company growth.
• Continuous Improvement : Conduct ongoing operations analysis to identify improvement opportunities in our workflows, organizational structure, or systems.
• Process Design & Implementation : Design and implement new processes or improvements to critical business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
• KPI Development : Collaborate with our data / analytics team to develop and monitor KPIs, identifying trends and areas for further improvement across our business systems.
• Training & Support : Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization.
• Manage Integrations : Own 3rd Party Integrations and Partnerships that interact with our processes and systems.

This will start as a full-time position working from our office in Golden, CO, and may grow into a hybrid onsite / remote role over time.

What You’ll Need

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Technical Proficiency : Fluency in SQL, Excel, and standard data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring comprehensive solutions and seamless execution.
• Project Management Experience : Project management skills and experience, particularly in an agile environment, to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
