Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional organizations, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews or video conferences.
- Prepare interview documentation and shortlist the most qualified candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits offers with top candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate database and build relationships with potential hires.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and job market conditions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its various professions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for building relationships and helping others find their dream jobs.
