Job Summary :
Weare seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinatorto support the Immunology Market Development HCP (HealthcareProfessionals) and Patient Marketing Teams.
This role also providesprojectlevel support to the broader marketing team as needed. Thesuccessful candidate will manage department calendars coordinatemeetings and provide logistical support among otherresponsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of marketinginitiatives.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Maintain and manage the departments calendar of keyevents and meetings.
- Organize and coordinateinternal / external meetings event logistics and relatedactivities.
- Facilitate project routing throughlegal compliance and procurement systems including handlingconference requests and contract engagements.
- Manage marketing materials clinical papers and theirdistribution (both hardcopy and digital).
- Assist with print production and maintain inventorymanagement of marketing materials.
- Supportvendor management including contract oversight and vendorcommunication triage.
- Coordinate marketingprojects and meetings to support the execution of the annualmarketing plan.
- Track marketing projectbudgets process purchase orders and invoices and prepare budgetforecasts.
- Provide logistical support forcongresses and fieldrelated events such as boothexhibits.
- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams as needed and take on additional duties or projects asassigned.
- Some travel for key meetings may berequired.
MinimumRequirements :
- Education : High SchoolDiploma required; College Degree preferred.
- Experience : 12 years ofrelevant experience in marketing or administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with theability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasksindependently.
- Excellent problemsolvingorganizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computerliteracy (word processing graphics and databasesoftware).
- Strong attention to detail abilityto work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workloadseffectively.
