We are is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support the marketing team in developing and executing communication strategies.
The assistant will play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job : Full time Pay Range : $1150 - $1350 weekly Key Responsibilities : Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication strategies.
Create and edit content for various marketing materials, including newsletters, emails, blog posts, brochures, and presentations.
Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant content. Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and press releases.
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and budgets. Support the management of public relations efforts, including press outreach and media relationships.
Assist in handling internal communications to ensure employees are informed of company updates and initiatives. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the marketing department.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics). Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creativity and attention to detail. Benefits : Health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
