Education and Experience Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years+ experience in a field medical role within the pharma / healthcare industry
- Candidate must be located within the following states : CT, NJ, NY
- Prior experience in a field MSL role with experience in customer management and HCP engagement
- Clinical degree strongly preferred (PharmD, RN / NP, PA, RPh)
- Up to 75% travel required
Responsibilities :
- Respond to existing products inquiries upon customer request
- Schedule appointments and meet with key contacts to foster peer-to-peer relationships
- Develop and maintain customer / HCP / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) relationships across the various customer segments
- Clinical, Hospital / Institution, Academic, and Community setting
- Identify new Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or equivalent for customer engagement within each therapeutic area
- Identify customers who are interested in research, collaboration, ad board participation, speaking engagements, etc.
- Work in alignment with other functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access Leadership, Brand Leadership, State Government Affairs, and any additional key internal stakeholders to ensure execution of field medical strategies.
- Support post-marketing clinical trials
- Contribute to the development of tools and resources needed for customer engagements
- Maintain a presence at major, relevant medical meetings and communicate important information back to the organization.
- Identify regional / local meetings of interest in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Collect and share insights to support strategy development across the Medical Affairs organization
- Document all customer interactions in the compliance documentation database
