We are seeking an experienced In-House Construction Estimator for our Saint Louis, Missouri location. If you have a keen eye for detail with effective bid preparation and presentation skills, we are excited to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :
- Translate project requirements into concrete figures.
- Present economical product solutions without compromising our high standards.
- Speak knowledgably regarding the many product options.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Review plans in office and inspect the construction sites to fully understand what work is required.
- Decide the most appropriate and economical solution considering the level of difficulty for installation while including additional labor or material cost as necessary.
- Input calculations in automatic excel forms to streamline bid process.
- Review bids with sales team and in-house estimating team.

We're excited if this is you :
- Demonstrable experience as a construction estimator.
- Previous installation experience of the product line is a plus.
- Qualification in project management is highly advantageous.
- Strong grasp and previous work experience with plumb and level .
- Ability to forecast the cost of high-ticket, involved building developments.
- Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents.
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
- Exceptional quantitative skills.
- Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken.
- Identify improvement ideas in team meetings.
- Previous Microsoft Office or other software experience helpful.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
