JOB DESCRIPTION
HOURS : Monday Friday (Flexible)
As a Business Intern, you’ll be applying educational knowledge by assisting the accounting department in all areas and gaining experience in a variety of business-related duties in a professional work environment.

- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis : Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Assist vendors and internal / external customers with general questions.
- Process vendor invoices and bill customers for orders.
- Create customer invoices for orders on request.
- Analyze monthly account statements from vendors and reconcile discrepancies.
- Print and file vendor invoices, credit memos, vendor payments and other accounts. Payable paperwork as assigned.
- Reconcile various internal reports.
- Complete vendor / supplier and banking application forms.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Required education / skills / experience :
- Student pursuing professional degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
- Actively pursuing Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting; and Sophomore through Senior status.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must have knowledge and experience in accounting-related functions.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows proficiency.
- Data entry and 10-key adding machine proficiency.
- Ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds.
