Salary : $18 per hour
Specialized Attorney Services is looking for a Legal Data Entry for a full time position in our Scottsdale office. Experience with AZ civil or small claims court procedures or process service rules are preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
This position will be responsible for assisting in preparing legal documents and pleadings, working with process servers to ensure service of process is effectuated, as well as scanning, copying, and filing.
Looking for person with MS Office skills, including Excel, fast and accurate typing skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
Organization is key in this position, multi-tasking is critical, as well as possessing a high attention to detail. If you are a team player with a cheerful personality, and eager to learn, and willing to work in other areas to help support the company we definitely want to talk to you.
Specialized Attorney Services offers full benefit package including paid holiday, vacation, and sick pay, health insurance and a 401k.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
