Position : Senior Network Engineer (MSP)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best network solutions to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement network solutions for clients, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and clients
  • Conduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements to optimize performance and security
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT systems
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve our services
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams for clients
  • Manage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a (MSP) managed service provider environment
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP
  • Experience with network design and implementation, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
  • Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus

Working Conditions :

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours work may be required for network maintenance and support.

The position is based in our office in Utah, we offer a work-from-home setup.
