IN SUMMARY...
The RCM Client Onboarding Specialist will be our customer's primary contact to ensure they are successfully implemented to receive Azalea Revenue Cycle services.
This individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to appropriately set expectations from the sales hand-over, manage a project plan through the onboarding process and monitor post-live progress.
The ideal candidate possesses these qualities as well as a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes & passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
RCM Client Onboarding :
- Lead the onboarding process for new RCM clients, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to full operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and technology, to gather necessary information and requirements for client setup.
Requirements Gathering :
- Conduct detailed interviews and analysis of client needs to determine system configuration and customization requirements.
- Work closely with clients to collect and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for successful system integration.
System Configuration :
- Utilize our RCM platform to configure and customize settings based on client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address any system integration challenges and ensure the smooth flow of data between systems.
Training and Support :
- Provide Billing Workflow Training / Support for clients on the use of the RCM platform, ensuring they are equipped to maximize its capabilities.
- Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Support Billing teams in backlogged customer tasks or support cases as needed.
- Support department-wide improvement initiatives
Documentation :
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, customizations, and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding best practices and continuously improve the onboarding process.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING...
- Excellent ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding knowledge & skills
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare admin. required
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in using RCM software and technology solutions.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management field preferred; CPC / CPB / RH-CBS certification is a plus
