Position Summary :

At NAVEX, data is at the forefront of our decision making, with our analytics teams being key to understanding our business, our customers, and our performance.

To accelerate cross-departmental projects, we are looking for an experienced analyst to join our centralised Business Systems team, responsible for maintaining the technology and infrastructure our teams rely on.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with departments across NAVEX, using your experience to build engaging, robust, and scalable reporting to help inform our business.

Your knowledge and expertise will help tackle our most impactful analytics projects while growing the talent of our junior analysts.

What You Will Do :

• Build and manage executive level reports and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce
• Assist our departmental data analytics teams with complex reporting and use cases
• Provide guidance on best analytical practices for querying and visualizing data
• Use automation to streamline existing analytics deliverables and reduce maintenance overhead
• Grow our analytics talent by sharing your knowledge and experience with other analysts

What You Will Need :

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent work-related experience
• 3+ years’ experience working in a data analytics or business intelligence role
• Experience reporting on data from CRMs (Salesforce) and data warehouses (Snowflake)
• Proficient at building reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and Python / R for scripting and analytics preferred
• Ability to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product Engineering
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and influence others on the best solution
• Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

• Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
• The minimum starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.
• Pay progression is based on performance.
