Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Desire to have positive, value-based conversations with people
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers about insurance options.
Be willing to do work hard every day on our mission of protecting people.
Compensation : $40k plus commission guarantee and opportunity to earn unlimited commission. Includes Medical, dental, vision, and Retirement Plan.
If you are already licensed and have experience, the compensation will be more.
