Job Title : Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (2-Month Temp Assignment)

Job Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 2-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidates must reside in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ) and be ready to start immediately upon successful screening and interview.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of service.
  • Attend mandatory onsite training. Requirements :
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish / English preferred).
  • Must reside in NY or NJ.
  • Availability to work from 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
  • Must have high-speed internet access.
  • Must use a Chromebook or laptop (no iPads allowed).
  • Must have a headset with a microphone; gaming headset is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle various customers’ needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training :
  • Training Date and Time : Monday, October 28, 2024, from 11 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
  • Training will be conducted onsite. Work Schedule :
  • Hours of Operation : 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
  • Staggered unpaid half-hour meal periods around 4 : 00 PM.
  • Staggered paid 10-minute breaks around 2 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 PM.
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Compensation :
  • Pay Rate : $22.68 per hour, paid weekly. Application Process :
