We are currently in need of experienced salespeople to help with our growth and expansion! We have more customers than we can handle with our current staff and are looking for motivated closers who want to take their career to the next level!

Internet leads...service exchange program...and floor traffic...it’s all there for the right individuals who want to roll up their sleeves and get to work!

Base rate plus commissions per car. Unlimited potential very aggressive commission structure. Range rate of pay. Worst case $23,600.

Experience :

Sales : 1 year (Preferred) of any sales.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Convert visitors into customers by asking questions to understand their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
  • Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments, logging all activity in the CRM system

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

  • Previous automotive sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of automotive models, specifications, and the latest industry trends is crucial for success in this role
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
  • The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to overcome objections
  • Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
  • Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
