What's your day like?
As a Lead CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by setting up, programming, and operating horizontal CNC and manual machines.
A strong command of G-Code is essential as you create precise programs and select appropriate tooling and work holding solutions to ensure part accuracy.
You will be responsible for running production lots while effectively communicating with co-workers to optimize workflows.

Are you the CNC Lathe Machinist (Lead) we're looking for?
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing both technical skills and a commitment to personal development in the trade.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and editing G-Code programs is essential, as is familiarity with precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
The ability to interpret blueprints accurately will enable you to create high-quality parts. A strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are crucial for operating relevant equipment effectively.
We value candidates with a positive attitude and attention to quality and detail.
Additionally, experience with Mazatrol, Fanuc, Doosan, and / or Okuma systems will be a significant advantage in this role, as you contribute to our high-performance, customer-focused environment.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- 3 years' experience in a similar position interested in personal development in trade.
- Ability to read write and edit G-code programs.
