HOURLY plus COMMISSION
This position is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of PTAC's (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners).
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Diagnose PTAC units.
- Repair and install PTAC Units
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- On occasion provide assistance with HVAC jobs
- Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts and equipment are stocked.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, company uniforms, and other related company property.
- Travel to customer properties and perform work on-site.
- Electronically submit paperwork related to completion of job duties.
Requirements :
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance.
- Provide customer service through quality communication to customers.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to fulfill the physical demands required.
- EPA Certified
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Pass drug test
