Our client, a fast-growing large litigation firm located in White Plains, NY is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years experience.
This new hire MUST have experience in the areas of healthcare, antitrust, securities, consumer protection, data breach, privacy law and large-scale cost recovery litigation, as well as trial experience.
Salary $120-130K plus benefits (hybrid schedule)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate with 5-10 years experience as a litigation paralegal, preferable with a large firm
- Paralegal experience with healthcare, antitrust, securities, consumer protection, data breach, privacy law and large-scale cost recovery litigation.
- Trial Experience
- Notary Public a plus
- Proficient in e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, and legal research platforms, such as Westlaw
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe
