Policy Review : Regularly review and assess client policies to ensure they continue to meet individual needs.
Problem Solving : Address client inquiries and issues with efficient, personalized solutions.
Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive understanding of Cobble Insurance products to suggest the most suitable options for clients.
Documentation : Accurately process application forms and policy updates, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback to continually improve service standards and product offerings.
Requirement
Licensing : Must have active property & casualty license in Oklahoma.
Experience : Must have previous experience in independent insurance agency.
Communication Skills : Superior verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
Customer-Centric : A genuine interest in prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
