Responsibilities
The Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Manager will :
- Manage buy-side and sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) engagements.
- Assist clients with ownership and leadership transition, succession planning and exit strategies.
- Identify, assess and pursue new business.
- Serve as an Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry expert
- Develop buy-side and sell-side Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) engagements
- Assist clients with ownership and leadership transition, succession planning and exit strategies
- Identify, assess and pursue new business; manage and grow existing client base
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and / or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to M&A transactions.
- Experience in a similar role working directly with clients.
- Previous experience in a Leadership and / or Management role
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills :
- Strong knowledge of AEC industry
