KPMG is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist, Manager to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with industry / business subject area professionals, software engineers, and technical leadership as part of a dynamic, distributed, and fast paced managed services team to manage day-to-day operations of cloud-based platform applications like Ivalua
  • Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and performance reports; develop and distribute operational performance reports and analytics to applicable stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of Cloud based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews;

oversee investigation and diagnosis of all incidents to identify problems and escalate unresolved incidents to external support

  • Oversee client delivery by providing timely and accurate reporting and creating and delivering insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications; support the planning, preparation and execution of future releases;

facilitate client discovery sessions to define project scope and requirements, and translate business processes to functional / technical specifications and user stories

  • Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to client stakeholders;
  • work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories; Guide the design, build, test, and delivery of cloud platform solutions using industry leading vendor technologies;

work to ensure SLA and KPI adherence

  • Manage onshore / offshore team that provides level 2 / 3 support including break / fix, enhancements, reports, and upgrades to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based applications;
  • encourage communication of new ideas, innovation, suggestions, and problems; review for appropriate action or implementation;

manage service quality issues related to service level achievement, performance, and delivery quality

Qualifications :

Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal / external clients;

minimum two years of recent experience in a leadership role

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline
  • Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications such as ivalua
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;

ability to articulate ideas effectively

  • Capacity to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
  • Ability to travel as needed
