This role would suit a production supervisor from any production / manufacturing background with leadership experience seeking a fast-paced environment with a clear path to becoming a Shift Superintendent.
The Role :
- Supervise a dynamic team of 10-15 employees to meet production goals
- Track KPI’s, improve efficiencies and schedule equipment maintenance
- 2nd shift (2 : 30 11 : 45) Monday Friday
The Person :
- Production supervisor with some mechanical experience.
- Manufacturing or production background
- Looking to grow and lead a team in the future
