We are seeking an individual to work as a Project Manager (Behavioral & Social Sciences) at the National Institutes of Health.

The contractor shall : (1) Support NIH-wide activities coordinated through the Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research (OBSSR), which are highly visible projects and working groups that require support with scheduling, tracking, documenting, and follow-up.
2) Coordinate projects by preparing and distributing meeting materials and managing, collating, editing, and maintaining working group documents(3) Assist staff coordinate project management activities, to include routine meetings and development of reports.
4) Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards.
5) Conduct project-related activities, including developing needed materials, PowerPoint presentations, arranging discussions, and facilitating interactions.
6) Coordinate, track and complete action items and report progress to project owners(7) Assist project owners conduct enterprise resource planning and assist with annual budget formulation.
8) Establish project metrics to measure and evaluate project cost and performance. (9) Develop standardized project management templates, procedures, tools, resources, guides and training materials and coach project managers on their effective use.
10) Conduct project management audits to evaluate processes and procedures and develop corrective action or improvement plans in accordance with approved standards and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS.
