Triage and facilitatetreatment plans for emergencypatients.
Continue care ofspecialty patients who are hospitalised overnight and onweekends.
Maintain complete andaccurate medical records.
Provideclear and complete communication to clients and supportstaff.
Communicate with referralpartners (verbally and with referralletters)
Attend morning rounds tocollaborate with specialists on the currently hospitalisedpatients.
