Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at 7 Hills Brewing Company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen management
- Contribute to menu development and special projects as needed
- Uphold 7 Hills Brewing Company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or brewery setting is preferred but not necessary
- Understanding of cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
