Description : We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Manage client communications via , email, and other channels, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Facilitate account openings and transfers by coordinating documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with our financial advisors to prepare materials for client reviews and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
- Stay updated on our firm's offerings and services to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong commitment to professionalism and building positive client relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
