Job Summary
Summary : Receives, stores and distributes product / inventory alongside fellow coworkers to ensure we provide outstanding service to our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follows steps of service
- Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed
- Receiving F&B products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process (forklifts, power-jacks, utility carts, etc.)
- Delivers product requested during an event
- Changing kegs as needed during an event
- Knowledgeable on concession stand menus and aware of what products should be in each location
- Establishes rapport with guests / peers / vendors
- Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests
- Conducts inventory counts each month
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices
- Performs other duties as assigned.
