We are looking for experienced Hospice Marketers who have a proven track record in the field and possess the drive to excel in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate will have a robust network of connections and the ability to establish and maintain relationships within Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive hospice referrals and brand awareness in the designated regions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Leverage existing connections and build new relationships to enhance market presence and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals and patient care standards.
- Track and report on marketing activities, metrics, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a hospice marketer or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving marketing goals and driving referral growth.
- Strong network of connections in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with hospice care and end-of-life services.
- Previous experience working with hospice or palliative care organizations.
- Established relationships with key players in the healthcare community.
