As a Clinical Supervisor at Horizon, you will

• Provide direct services as needed and consistent with the requirements and duties of the position.
• Ensure that services are provided consistent with agency standards, regulations and best practices.
• Ensure that clinical records are accurate, adequate and current as per OASAS regulations.
• Provide direct clinical supervision to multi-disciplinary team counseling staff members regarding service delivery and caseload management.
• Monitor the completion and accuracy of clinical documentation by multi-disciplinary team counseling staff.
• Identify counseling staff professional and clinical skill development needs, communicates these to the Director, and provides assistance as needed with accessing training and other resources.
• Perform day to day management of the program operation including management of staff, monitoring the maintenance of the site and reporting to administration in the absence of the Director
• Assist the Program Director with coordination of multi-disciplinary team efforts in the provision of services.
• Assist the Program Director in assuring that the program complies with Horizon’s policies and procedures, the regulations of certifying agencies, and the requirements of funding sources.
• Assist the Program Director in the evaluation of the program’s clinical staff in accordance with Horizon Health Services Personnel Policies and Procedures.

What makes you a great candidate?

We can’t wait to learn more about you! Here are a few specifics of what you’ll need for the job :

• Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related degree required
• Licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) with 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Location :

This position is located at our facility located in 291 Elm St, Buffalo NY.

Hours :

This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday including 2 evening shifts.

Compensation :

Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $66,760 - $68,000.

Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually

Physical demands associated with this position include :

• Sitting for extended periods, alternating between standing and sitting
• Mobility required between worksites and within facilities
• Mobility required with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
• Handling light duties, occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds
